Unser Ansatz

We developed an approach to facilitate development initiatives and to increase their effectiveness and efficiency for creating greater impact:

Our Roadmap FOR YOUR INITIATIVE

COMPLEX PROBLEMS CAN ONLY BE SOLVED BY NETWORKED MINDS AND HEARTS.

Global multi-stakeholder partnerships can solve large-scale complex problems, if they manage to synchronize their narratives, goals, efforts, resources, competencies, capacities and connections.

Exploring different perspectives is key to understanding a problem’s systemic implications – this needs time, patience and a roadmap that gives orientation and focuses on lasting change. No matter the challenge – the foundation for success of co-creative endeavours lies in mutual respect and space for the harmonization of different languages and agendas.

Our Roadmap for Initiatives is a journey through phases, methods, formats and experiences that foster inclusion of perspectives and common alignmentWhile building relevant solutions and making change happen, we take care of the fundamental relationship building process to create partnerships and solutions that last.

Our EXPERTISE

Strategic
Foresight

Strategic foresight is the systematic exploration of multiple plausible futures to inform present decisions. It becomes especially valuable when traditional risk analysis and forecasting approaches have their limits. It is build around three main activities:

Horizon Scanning:
Scanning the horizon for emerging changes, weak signals, and disruptive trends to identify early signs of potential opportunities.

Scenario Planning:
Developing multiple narratives (scenarios) that illustrate how different futures might unfold to enable decision-makers to explore diverse possibilities and prepare for various outcomes.

Visioning and Backcasting:

Starting from a desired future outcome and working backward to identify steps needed to reach that goal. Helps organizations set strategic priorities and align actions with long-term vision.

Strategic Foresight enhances an organization’s ability to sense and respond swiftly to changes while maintaining a clear strategic direction

Our expertise is based on:
research methodologies
(trends, markets, scientific, modelling)
shared visioning processes and approaches

Systemic
Design

Systemic design seamlessly blends systems perspectives with design in order to tackle wicked problems. It’s the organic meshing of theory and practice.

Theory:
Systems thinking and theory considers aspects of complex, interconnected systems.

Components:
Tangible (physical objects) or intangible (ideas, processes, roles) building blocks.

Interrelations:
The connections and interactions between components shaping system behavior and dynamics.

Value Flows:
Resources, information, or energy moving within systems and revealing efficiency and bottlenecks.

Emergence:
Novel properties or behaviors arising from interactions beyond individual components.

Practice:
Design methods allow us to navigate and intervene in intricate systems. Systemic levers are identified by strategic exploration
and experiments and translated into interventions initiating systems change.

Our expertise is based on:
systems theory, human-centered and systems-oriented design, design thinking, strategic design, UX-Design, Service Design, system mapping, deliberative process

Integrale
Transformation

Integral transformation involves considering four interconnected areas: Mindset, Competences, Structure and Culture. By evolving these dimensions simultaneously, continuously and iteratively organizations and individuals can achieve true transformation.

Mindset:
Mindset refers to the collective beliefs, attitudes, and mental models that shape how individuals perceive and approach their work.

Competences: Competences encompass the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform tasks effectively.

Structure: Organizational structure refers to how roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines are organized.

Culture: A healthy culture fosters collaboration, trust, and a shared sense of purpose. It encompasses shared values, norms, and behaviors

An integral approach considers these dimensions holistically, recognizing that they are interconnected and influence one another.

Our expertise is based on:
integral theory
agile methodologies and frameworks
